The Company was started in April 2002 with an Initial Capital of Rs.10.00 Lacs with the purpose of trading in chemicals, Intermediates, Bulk-Drugs and Wholesale Medicines. The company was promoted by Jinesh Sheth who is a Science Graduate having combined experience of 20 years in the field of Manufacture Pharmaceutical Raw Material and Sales & Exports of the same. Being educated and coming from a financially sound family the company endeavours to offer various goods of good consistent quality at most reasonable rates. The company boasts of Customers like Cipla, J.B.Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Unichem Laboratories Ltd to name some few. The company also Exports approx. 50% of its Turnover. The company exports products to Congo, Malaysiya, Mosambique, Italy, Pakistan etc.

The company employs 6 people who are well qualified, young, hardworking and propagate the company's motto of creating a "Win Win situation for all" in any business deal. The company plans to obtain ISO REGISTRATION to bring its operations and systems in line with that prevalant in the world.
